UK Delivery


As soon as we have confirmed your order,  we will endeavor to dispatch your handmade jewellery, the day it is completed. A pre-made template and a wholly bespoke design may take a little longer to dispatch as it has to be made entirely from scratch; we aim to have it on its way to you within 5 working days. Multiple designs can take up to 10 working days.

You will be notified by email when your item has been dispatched; unfortunately, we do not dispatch items on weekends or Bank Holidays. We do not currently ship out of the UK and, therefore, are unable to accept any international orders at this time. Our international sites will be launching soon and we’ll keep you posted on all DIWAH developments.

When will I receive my order?

We ship with Royal Mail and by Courier (Hermes) and send your product via special delivery to ensure that your DIWAH item is with you safely as soon as possible. Upon ordering, you will be issued with a tracking number and if you miss your delivery, you will be able to pick up your jewellery at your nearest Post Office or Collection Point.



If you wish to return or exchange an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be sent recorded delivery in their original packaging, with all tags intact, within 14 days of receipt.

DIWAH offers full refunds or credit notes to the value of your item on Ready To Wear (rings and bracelets), Pre-Designed (created by DIWAH) and Bespoke (edited items or items designed by you) pieces, excluding delivery costs.

We kindly request that the jewellery is returned unworn with no signs of damage, or we will be unable to issue a refund. Once the jewellery item is back with us safely, we will issue an immediate refund, of which you will be notified via email. Please note that refunds are usually completed with 2-3 working days, but it can take up to 10 days for the money to show up on your account.

If you wish to exchange your pre-made template or ready to wear jewellery item, please contact us to reserve a new piece. For pre-made templates, the amount of credit you hold within DIWAH can be used against another pre-made template or a bespoke item.

This will be sent to you once your original order has been received in a resalable condition. Please note that exchanges will be offered based on stock availability. We reserve the right to offer an exchange for another product of the same value if the original item is out of stock.

Due to the nature of the semi-precious stones we use, each individual stone may contain natural striations or imperfections. Although we have tried to represent each item accurately, colours may vary slightly from the images shown.
